We exclusively supply Grade A Aluminum Foam. Compared to Grade B, our Grade A panels feature higher surface quality with uniform pore distribution and consistent coloring. There are no burrs, structural defects, or unsightly hole repairs, ensuring superior strength and a pristine aesthetic for high-end architectural projects.
We offer three standard pore sizes for our Translucent Series:
Small (3-5mm): Ideal for refined, close-up interior cladding.
Medium (5-7mm): Our most versatile option for balanced light permeability.
Large (7-11mm): Best for bold, avant-garde facades and dramatic backlighting effects. The larger the pore, the higher the transparency and airflow.
Absolutely. While the natural finish is silver-grey, we can provide custom powder coating in any RAL color (such as our Starry Blue or Matte Black). For thickness, our standard translucent panels are 5-10mm, but our closed-cell series can be customized from 8mm up to 200mm to meet specific structural or acoustic requirements.
Yes, it is very contractor-friendly. Aluminum foam can be processed much like wood. You can use standard toothed saws for cutting and shaping. For installation, it supports various methods including structural adhesive, screws, or gas nail guns. For the best translucent effect, we recommend a 5-10cm gap between the panel and the LED light source.
